Shipping and delivery policy:



  • Expected delivery time:

Within Riyadh: Delivery is expected to take 1 to 5 business days.

Outside Riyadh: Delivery is expected to take 2 to 9 business days.


  • Delivery and collection during the days of the holy month of Ramadan in Riyadh

(From 12 PM to 5:30 PM)

  • The expected delivery date may be affected by pressure on the delivery person or shipping companies, which may result in delays in the delivery of some shipments.


  • Receiving and inspecting the goods:


The customer has the right to inspect the goods upon receipt.

If the goods are not inspected upon receipt, it is assumed that the goods were delivered intact and in factory condition.

No complaints regarding shortages, breakage, or any damage will be accepted after the order has been received.

The goods will be unloaded in front of the site and not inside the site (building or villa).




  • Order processing:

The order will be processed within one to two business days after order confirmation.

The order is delivered to the delivery representative or the approved shipping company.

If the shipment is not received by the customer for any reason, the customer shall bear the original shipping cost and the cost of reshipping.

If the order is cancelled without a legitimate reason, 10% of the order value will be deducted.


Special shipping clause for fragile products

In order to ensure the safety of the products and their arrival to the customer in the best possible condition, we at Elegant Home Sanitary Ware take special care in shipping breakable products such as (sinks, jacuzzis, toilets, glassware, etc.).

If we determine that the product requires additional care or special shipping , we will deliver it via:

  • Our own vehicles , or carefully selected third-party transport companies, ensure the highest levels of safety during transport.

This is at the same cost as standard shipping companies, with no additional charges to the customer.

Our goal is for your goods to arrive 100% intact and without any damage , while maintaining fast delivery and quality service.
