Exchange, return, receipt and warranty policy



  • Replacement policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the seven days have passed.


2- For a product to be eligible for replacement, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacement to ensure its condition.

The consumer bears the delivery or shipping costs if he wants to exchange the product, and in case of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:


- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.


- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.




Return policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within three days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to return the product after the three days have passed.


2- The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.


3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process, including shipping and delivery. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


  • Cancel orders:

The consumer bears the costs resulting from the cancellation process, which is 10% of the order value, deducted in the event of order cancellation.



The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:


- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.


- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.



Refund conditions if the transaction was through Tabby and Tamara:

In the event of a return or cancellation of an order paid for through (Tabby or Tamara), 6.99 % of the invoice value will be deducted as a service fee by the payment provider (Tabby/Tamara).

These fees are deducted directly from the service provider, and we as a merchant have no involvement in them.



Terms of exchange, return, and receipt:



- The customer must ensure the shipment is in good condition before receiving it from the delivery representative or shipping company.

In case of any damage, defect or fault, please notify customer service within 24 hours of receipt.


Bathtubs, jacuzzis and sinks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the customer has confirmed the size and shape.


- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.


Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date.


- If the bathtubs are accepted for return, 10% of the return value will be deducted.


- The order number must be provided when exchanging, returning, or reviewing.


- The item to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.


- The goods should be unloaded in front of the site and not inside the site (building or villa).


- The company is not responsible for any breakage or shortage after the goods have been delivered.


- The company is not responsible for the nature of the recipient as it is from the client's side.


- The company is not responsible for the quantity running out after the invoice date.


- Warranty on Saudi Ceramics and Ariston water heaters, agent's warranty.


- Grohe and Saudi Ceramics products are guaranteed by the agent.


- Upon refund, the amount will be transferred   Within 5 to 7 business days from the date of product return.


- Some goods are guaranteed and replaced after the agent checks for the defect.


- The jacks come with a two-year warranty on the acrylic and a two-year warranty on the motor and accessories.
